First aid, health care and fire safety courses in Norfolk

Here at First Aid + Care Training, we offer a wide range of courses in first aid, health care, food and hygiene and fire safety. Our courses are available to business and individuals across Norfolk and the surrounding area. We can arrange courses to suit your time and location. We can either come to your place of work, or you can come to our training facility in Dereham, Norfolk. All courses are fully accredited and delivered by our experienced team of trainers who are experts in their field.

What first aid course do I need?

First Aid at WorkThose about to become a first aider at work for the first time, or whose previous training has lapsed (requalification is required every 3 years)
Emergency First Aid at WorkAll employees in lower risk businesses, whether nominated first aider or simply requiring a comprehensive first aid course.
First Aid at Work RequalificationThose renewing first aider skills before their existing certificate expires.
Annual First Aid RefresherThose who have already completed First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at work and need to keep their skills up-to-date.
Basic Life Support
CPR and Automated External Defibrillation (AED)Those wishing to become a competent user of AED machinery.
Sports First Aid (Equestrian, Field Sports, Motor Sports)Anyone involved with sports and fitness clubs: match officials, coaches, players.
Medical GasesThose working in medical centres and emergency services.
Paediatric First Aid (2 day course, Ofsted compliant)Those looking after young children, from birth to the end of the academic year in which the child has their fifth birthday. There must be at least one person on site at all times trained in paediatric first aid.
Emergency Paediatric First Aid (1 day course, Ofsted compliant)Those looking after children, such as nannies, child carers, au pairs and babysitters.
Schools First AidThose who may need some basic emergency first aid skills, but do not need to be a fully qualified first aider.
First Aid for Parents and CarersParents and other family members who want to feel confident in handling an emergency and providing basic emergency first aid for children.
