We thought it was time our website had a bit of a revamp. And here it is!
In this digital age, we know one of the first places people look for information is online. We wanted to make sure that people visiting our website could find answers to their questions quickly and easily. Taking an objective look at our old website, we could see there was room for improvement.
Research showed that people generally visit our website to find out whether we offer the course they need, or would like, to complete. So we’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for people to access information on all of our main courses. We’ve categorised our courses under three main headings: First Aid, Food and Hygiene and Fire Safety. Within First Aid, there are a number of subheadings: First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, First Aid for Parents and Health Care Training. We hope that this breakdown will help visitors quickly find what they need.
Another reason we found people visited our website was to compare our costs with other providers. We’re proud to be able to offer very competitive prices for our courses, so we are more than happy to include this information by most of our courses.
Alongside the vital course information, we wanted to raise awareness of our event support services. Because we’re all qualified Nurses, Paramedics and First Aiders, we still like to practice what we preach in real environments. From Carnivals and fetes to football matches, our team can be on hand at any event in Norfolk and the surrounding area to treat injuries and help prevent mishaps.
Finally, we’ve included this blog as a fantastic way to share important information with our clients and visitors. From the latest legislation and training requirements to first aid tips and our latest news, we look forward to keeping you up to date!
We hope you like our new website. But we don’t want to rest on our laurels. We recognise that improving our online presence is an ongoing process. So if you have any feedback on your experience, please do get in touch.
